Get to know the specialist!

Dr Mark Davis is a native of Northwest Arkansas. After attending the University of Arkansas, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition, Mark completed his DVM degree in 1993 at Oklahoma State University. Dr Davis then pursued specialization; first with his internship at LSU, and then a small animal surgical residency at Texas A&M University. He completed his residency in 1998 and became board certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 1999. Dr Davis has also completed the requirements to become a certified canine rehabilitation practitioner (CCRP) through the University of Tennessee in 2010. A life long student, he completed his MBA at the University of Washington in 2018. Dr Davis’ professional interests include orthopedic, neurologic and soft tissue surgery, as well as the path to recovery through physical rehabilitation.
