Hospital Policies

OUR MOST IMPORTANT POLICY

Every time you visit our hospital our goal is to give you and your pets better than expected service. This starts with our front desk staff. We want to make your visit to us pleasant and informative. All of our Veterinarians will take the time to make sure ALL of your concerns are understood and reccomend what is best for your furry (and feathered) friends.

Please let us know if there is ANYTHING that you are not 100% satisfied with. NOTHING is more important to us than your pets health and YOUR complete satisfaction.   

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. We also accept payment through Care Credit and can help you enroll in this program.

Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday we are open from 8 am to 5 pm
